Medications for Opioid Use Disorder - MOUD -

MOUD Walk-In clinic

At CAT Spokane, we believe recovery should be accessible, compassionate, and stigma-free. Our walk-in clinic offers low-barrier access to medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD), including Suboxone and Sublocade, with no appointment needed. Our team includes medical providers and a peer counselor—someone with lived experience who understands the journey and walks alongside you for support.

Upon arriving, our peer counselor will meet with you to check in, and then you will meet with one of our friendly providers. CAT provides same day prescriptions.

HOW TO ACCESS SERVICES AT CAT:

CAT’s MOUD clinic is open for walk-in appointments from 1:00pm to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday. If you’d like to arrive between 12:00pm and 1:00pm, our peer counselor can meet with you prior to our medical providers arriving so that you’re ready for your appointment.

MOUD Walk-In Clinic

If you’re using fentanyl or other opioids, help is available right now—no appointment, no judgment. At CAT Spokane, our walk-in clinic offers medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) that make things safer and help reduce cravings and withdrawal. We provide Suboxone (dissolves under your tongue each day) and Sublocade (a once-a-month shot), both proven to decrease withdrawal and help people feel more stable.

You’ll meet with a caring medical provider and a peer counselor—someone with lived experience who understands what you’re going through and can walk with you on your recovery journey.

Because staying safe matters, we also give out free Narcan (naloxone) so you can reverse an overdose—whether for yourself, a friend, or someone in the community.

Whether you’re ready to start MOUD, want to learn more about your options, or just need Narcan, our doors are open. We’ll meet you where you’re at and help you take the next step toward feeling better.
